I have not used any stain remover. Measurements taken laying flat, UNSTRETCHED ZIPPED. Top of shoulder to end sleeve 26. No other rips, or issues.

The inside is very clean. The jacket is very clean - however, there are some stains on the arms of. Has been stored in my smoke free environment. Nice vintage Attic Cat bomber type Snowmobile jacket with bright Neon retro colors, embroidered Artifact patch, on the front, sleeves, and back.

Across the bottom of jacket stretchy 21. I did wash it in cold water, per instructions on the tag.
